The aims of the Foundation are:

a) popularisation of artistic activity and culture

b) support for art criticism

c) encouragement of active participation in cultural projects and events.

The objectives of the Foundation will be realised through:

a) gathering and compiling information about cultural periodicals

b) promoting the development of cultural magazines

c) support for cultural initiatives undertaken by publishers and editorial offices

d) publishing and co-publishing of magazines, books and Internet vortals

e) co-operation with the media

f) co-operation with other national institutions and organizations

g) co-operation with foreign and international organizations, institutions and foundations

h) training and financial support for people, institutions and organizations, whose activities meet the objectives of the Foundation.
