In years 2004-2005 the Foundation organized trainings in technical solutions enabling to reduce the costs of production and distribution of cultural magazines. They concerned html language, css, graphics processing, installation of free software and technical editorship of a newspaper on the Web.

Within the Foundation model technical solutions for the whole section of publications of low circulation have been designed and made accessible, amongst other things relating to building and editorship of websites or usage of printing system on request.

Apart from the training courses, we continuously offer publishers and editors technical help connected with html language, css, graphics processing, installation of free software and technical editorship of a newspaper on the Web.

The trainings were intended for editorial staff and publishers of any kind of newspapers – both printed and solely online available included in Katalog Czasopism.pl

The training program included the systems of content management with a special consideration of a ‘Gazeciarz’ script and preparation for using ‘the printing on request’ option.

On the basis of participants’ remarks and suggestion, we have modified the training program, adapting it to the diverse level of skills and knowledge of IT.
